Visi

Based on the philosophy and Vission Statements, Surya Nusantara Adventist College, Pematangsiantar set the following general objectives:

  1. Spiritual Religous Development: To Include in the hearts of the students the importance of the knowledge of God and the keeping of relationship with God in order to know and understand the values of the life of man and the reality of the science which comes from the Lord God.
  2. Intellectual Development: To create the desire in the students to search and seek scientific truths with the power to reason, to the develop the power to think by solving problems, analysing cases, or by searching and taking rational conclusions.
  3. Ethical and Moral Value Development: To promote in the value and moral in order to build honorable, faithful, honest personality and to appreciate and respect the right opinions to others.
  4. Social and Public Relation Development: To Promote in the student the Conscientiousness and the practice of health inter relationship to live for the benefit of one another and to honor on another, especially on the things pertaining the keeping of the codes of courtesy of peaceful life in the society.
  5. To Develop Love fo One's Nation & State: To Promote love one's nation, state, and Government, by grasping the life principles of having state and understanding and eternalizing Pancasila & UUD 1945 (State Basic Principles & Constitution).
  6. To Develop Appreciation for Arts and Aesthetics: To Develop an aprreciaton for arts, culture, and aesthetics, such as sense for literary, music, and so on. To develop an appreciation for beauty of nature which the Lord created and to keep the campus beautiful as well.
  7. To Develop the Keeping of One's Body & Health: To promote the knowledge of health principles and practice of the body in healthful condition. To Instill in the minds of the students the conscientousness of the relation of the healthy mind and spiritually.
  8. Skill Development: To Promote skill and working experience which will be an essential asset in the student's future career. Skill training supplements theoritical acquisitions obtained in the class room.

Misi

    To Provide excellent Seventh-day Adventist higher education in various field of disciplines in order to pursue competent graduates and ready to meet their future, and to serve the needs of the church and the society as well, enable the students to accept Jesus Christ and prepare for His second coming.
